Haiku Monday – Up

The Curmudgeon won last week’s Haiku Monday with a lovely, haunting entry.  Now he’s challenged us with the most intriguing topic of “UP”.  Sometimes, I work on the haiku first, then try to find a photo.  This time the photo inspired me.  Last spring, I took some pics around the yard from different perspectives–sitting on the ground, lying down, peering through the plants instead of gazing down on them.  It was an interesting exercise and gave me inspiration for the following.  Just one this week.

Finding up’s nature
Sometimes requires crouching down.
Shift of perspective.
