After spending years of my life working on the telephone, I usually don’t answer it.
2. When shopping at the grocery store, do you return your cart?
Sometimes I do, sometimes no.
3. In a social setting, are you more of a talker or a listener?
I do both comfortably, but usually I listen a little bit more.
4. If abandoned alone in the wilderness, would you survive?
I probably could for a while, as long as I were not badly injured.
5. Do you like to ride horses?
I haven’t ridden in a long time but I used to love it.
6. Did you ever go to camp as a kid?
Yes. Force into church camp and Girl Scout camp for 2 weeks every summer. For a fat, nearsighted, bookworm, it was sheer torture.
7. What was your favorite board game as a kid?
Monopoly, Take-12. There are so many more now!
8. If a sexy person was pursuing you, but you knew she was taken what would you do? Firmly inform her that I, too, am taken, and we are NOT going there.
9. Are you judgmental? Of course, I make judgments, but try not to let my own judgments and opinons rule my life or be so intractable that they can’t be swayed.
10. Would you date someone with different religious beliefs? I wouldn’t have a problem with it unless they were completely fanatic. (In which case, they probably would not be out of the closet to date!)
11. Are you continuing your education? Every day.
12. Do you know how to shoot a gun? I’m sure pulling a trigger is not all that hard, but as far as practicing, aiming, knowing of a safety is on or off, no. I do not own a gun, and since my grandsons were in a handgun accident (both just fine, thank you) at their home, I never will.
13. If your house was on fire, what’s the first thing you’d grab? Pretty much all the computer/real files and info here in my office. This includes insurance info, bank stuff, etc.
14. How often do you read books? Every day.
15. Do you think more about the past, present or future? The past can inform or paralyze the future. Right now is where we put everything into practice, so I concentrate on that.
16. What is your favorite children’s book? Many. The Secret Garden. Warrior Scarlet. The Prydain series by Lloyd Alexander, just to name three.

18. Where is your ideal house located? Right here.

20. When was the last time you were at Olive Garden? Over 6 months ago.
21. What are your keys on your key chain for? Since we are down to 1 car, and I work from home, I no longer have a key chain. Our mutual key chain has car key, house key, and garage key. (Detached garage).
22. What did you do last night? Cooked dinner (rosemary roasted chicken, roasted root veggies (beets, sweet potatoes, carrots), helped clean up, watched “The Interpreter” with Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn, went to bed, read, and fell asleep.
23. Where is your current pain at [sic]? I’m not quite sure what that means, but physically I am not in pain. Mentally, either.
24. Do you like mustard? Very much. I prefer it to either mayonaise (except on chicken sandwiches) or ketchup (except on french fries). I like hot mustard the best.
25. Do you like your mom or dad? Both my parents are dead, and I loved them both deeply in different ways, but I think overall I probably LIKED my mother more.
26. How long does it take you in the shower? 10 – 15 mins, tops. Wash and wear, baby!
27. What movie do you want to see right now? More L-Word.
28. Do you put lotion on your dog or cats? No, but she has sunglasses.
29. What did you do for New Year’s? Fell asleep early.
30. Do you think The Grudge was scary? Never saw it.
31. Do you own a camera phone? No. I barely own a cell phone.
32. What’s the last letter of your middle name? I don’t have a middle name.
33. Who did you vote for on American Idol? I prefer Dancing with the Stars, and I don’t vote.
